Daddy's First Tea Party

Daddy got to attend his first tea party, I think he was feeling a little out of his element but did a pretty good job. When he sat down and asked Stella what we do now she looks at him and goes "Well, we drink tea!" I am pretty sure that will teach him not to ask such silly questions. 

These are the stories that Stella tells me a couple times a day, it is one of her new favorite things to make up stories and tell them to Rhett and I. I kind of wish that I was not always being harmed in them, what would the shrink have to say about this events?

This could be a problem!

I keep finding Rhett in his old car seat! The funny thing is he did not really like this car seat when he was a baby! Hopefully once Cy arrives he will not try to sit on top of him but of course the way things work around here I am sure that is the least of my worries!  

Baseball!

The kids got to attend the Razorback baseball game tonight with Papi and Daddy. For the first time every they were not afraid of Ribby and even got a photo with him! The kids love going to the games and have so much fun.

Ice Cream

Everyone loves a little ice cream treat! We have the best daddy ever who will go and get us such good surprises! 

Helmet!

We had to get Rhett a helmet for his trike a thon at school, he thought it was the coolest thing ever! We could not get him to stop wearing it, even to dinner. At least we always knew he was safe! 

Mr. Cool

The Easter bunny brought us this hat and sun glasses. Rhett loves both of them. He takes them and wears them everywhere we go these days. It kind of makes him look a little too grown up for me! 

My Little Drummer Boy

Gotta love when Gigi gets the kids presents that are just going to make your life LOUDER! No, I can not be upset about this one because he loves it so much. He will wear this drum all day long and for some reason thinks that he needs a big hat to go with it so his sand bucket has become a make do drummer hat.  He is pretty stinking cute if I do say so myself! 

One Hundred!

Today you are just getting a little update on Cyler! There is not really a whole lot to tell but he is doing pretty good so far. I have been set up to be induced on May 15 if he does not arrive sooner. We have had to change my sugar medication because it was just not getting my levels as low as what they would like to see them. I went for my non stress test today, I basically lay on a bed with monitors for about an hour and half to check for contractions and Cy's heart rate, just to make sure that with all this gestational stuff going on that it is not causing him any undo harm/stress. I will do this every Monday and on Friday's I will go for a Bio Physical Ultra sound. This ultra sound basically just makes sure that Cy is moving, heart looks good, and that he is starting to practice breathing. Needless to say I am going to be spending a lot of time at the Dr. office in the next couple of weeks.

***You would think with it being the 100th post that I would have planned something big and exciting but no, just a report on how things are going with this little guy growing in my belly.

Ninety-Nine

Easter Sunday! Trying to get a good photo of these two before church was kind of crazy and just not happening. They both looked cute in there Sunday best. We had a wonderful service at church and  then meet up with some wonderful family friends. My family has actually done Easter lunch with them for as long as I can remember, it is wonderful to see my kids playing with the children of one of my good friends from when I was so young. Lunch was so good and the kids had a blast hunting eggs. 

 Some day they are going to hate us for this photo!

 Yeah, not happy about a sloppy kiss from her brother but he thinks it was funny!

 It was such a good thing that Mr. H had two lawn mowers, I am pretty sure that Mr. H's daddy wishes that those things could actually cut the grass, he would never have to mow again.

 I have to say Mr. H is such a cute little guy, he is 3 months younger than Rhett and they play so good with each other.

 Have you figured out that the Easter bunny brought Rhett a new hat!

 Umm, I am thinking that Rhett might need one of these for his birthday!

 The hunt is on!

 I have to tell you that I was pretty proud of Stella today during the search for eggs because she would stop and help Mr. H find some, now would she do this for her brother, no way but at least she was nice to someone!

 I love Stella's dress today, Gigi did a great job at making it! We are very lucky to have a Gigi that loves us enough to sew stuff for us.

 I was wanting a photo of the three kids together, Rhett was trying to open an egg, Stella did not think that he should be doing this, she takes his egg from him and his basket and gives it to her daddy! She was being a mother hen, well, Rhett did not take so well to this and......

 went to have a good sulk, Gigi had to go and talk him out of his yucky mood! Notice the hat got thrown down in his storming off!

 We are back trying ot get a shot of all three, Mr. H thought they were crazy to be sitting in that grass!

 Mr. H thought they were crazy because they were copying everything there dad did, look at that hand in the pocket and look on his face like, You people are odd!

Gigi took Stella for her first pedicure this evening, talk about one excited princess!
