6 months ago today you arrived a tiny baby in our arms, 6 months later you are more than a arm full! Cy, we love you so much, you bring so much joy to our lives.
You had your 6 month check up and weighed in at 24 pounds and 5 ounces. You are 28 and 1/4 inches long. You are 99 % bigger than all the other little boys your age.
We are pretty sure that you are trying to get some teeth but none have come through yet. Everything goes into your mouth and you do not go with a a bib because you are one big slobbery machine!
Cy, you have started to sit up all on your own and love to sit on the floor and watch everything going on around you. You will lay on your tummy for a little while but not for long, it is not a favorite.
You still do not sleep through the night, this is not one of my favorite things about you! Most nights we get up with you at least 4 to 5 times. Mommy is ready for some sleep.
Cy, you have made the switch to all formula bottles now. You drink 8 ounce bottles every two to three hours during the day.
You have finally started taking a passey!
You are wearing size 4 diapers.
You are wearing size 18 month clothing for the most part now, some 24 month depending on the brand of clothing.
You have stated playing with a lot more toys, which is really fun to watch.
We just switched you to your big boy car seat this week. I think that you like it a lot better, you look like it fits better and no so smashed into it.
Cy you are such a joy to be with each day. You may not sleep but you are full of smiles. I love all your baby rolls, baby laughter, baby slobber, I just love you so much!
