Jitterbug Performance

This year at school Stella has gotten to take part in a program called Jitterbug. I have to say that it has been awesome! One reason, Stella is exhausted after her class and almost always goes down for a nap with no fight! That is always worth my money! She also loves it and has made so many friends. I love the little songs that she comes home singing and the dances she shows me. It has just been a wonderful experince and today she got to show off all her hard work.

Rhett was very HAPPY to have all of Papi's attention for a little while.

Funniest thing, she kept pointing to her wrist during this dance and yelling at Gigi "Gigi, look I got BLING!"

Stella Conversations

These are just some of the funny things that Miss Stella has been saying as of late:

Stella" Mommy, Mr. Eric and Mrs. Abby are going to have a baby?"

Me"Yes"

Stella"I prayed for them to have a baby and they are having one now, Jesus does answer prayers."

Me "Yes, he does"

Stella "I'm going to start praying for a baby sister right now, he has to give me one!"

Stella " Mommy I grew in your belly and Rhett grew in daddy's belly"

Me "No, you both grew in my belly, babies only grow in mommy's belly's not in Daddy's belly's."

She sits for a moment and thinks

Stella "Oh, because boys are not tough enough for the hard jobs?"

Her new favorite word is starving, she is always starving but she never eats anything.

God is Great

God is Good,

Let us Thank him for our Food!

Seeing my children being thankful of the Lord for what he gives us, makes my heart rejoice.

To the Park we go..

School Program

Today was Stella's school program and lunch. Jason and I both got to go and Gigi surprised her with a visit also. I have to say that I was very impressed with all the songs that they did and what she now knows from her time at school. I need to learn not to put her in a dress when she is going to be on stage, she has a tendency to lift it up and this just stresses her father out to no end. It is kind of funny to watch him squirm though! You will also notice that Stella is standing in the middle of all the boys, the girls are on the other end of the stage?!?! She also curtsied after each song, the funny thing is that she knows who the parents are of each child in her class, she waves and says, "Hi, Noelle's Mommy" "Hi, Quinn's mommy and daddy" She is such a mess. I do have to say that I love the fact that she has no fear of being up on the stage in front of everyone, in fact she thrives on it.

I love that she knows her pledge, the days of the week, and the months in a year! Stella we are so proud of all that you do.

This afternoon I got to have a little fun and take some photos of my brother and his future wife! They are getting married in Florida the first week of June and I am very excited for them. I think these turned out pretty good and I hope that they like them.
