Backyard Fun

Jason was hard at work last night painting our bedroom. Stella and I were just getting in the way so we went outside for a little while and played. Of course I got the camera out and took some photo. Here are a couple of the 2000 that I actually took.

Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day Jason! Thank you so much for being such an amazing father to our little girl.

This could be a problem

Jason, I think that it might be time to put those things on our cabinets! I left the room today to use the restroom, Stella was in the her bedroom and I come out to find her in the kitchen doing this!
It's just dog shampoo, I did not think that it could hurt her, my mom use to wash my mouth out with soap when I was naughty.

Boys

How do I teach my daughter the good guys from the bad guys? I want my daughter to be with a man not a boy. I know that I hopefully have many years to worry about this, my husband is probably totally having a heart attack at just the thought of his little Stella talking to boys. Today, I think that I heard some of the best advice possible to give a young girl on the subject of boys, ignore what they say but pay attention to what they do. A boy can talk the talk but a man has the actions to follow his words. They say that they are a family person, but do they call their parents and visit their grandparents. He can say that he has manners but does he open the door for you, does he pull out your chair. He can say that he is a christian but does he go to a church and worship, does he pray for your future. Stella please remember that the actions always speak of the person, ignore the words but remember the actions.

Mohawk!

Stella may not have enough hair to hold a bow but her daddy is very proud to say that she can sport a Mohawk.

Trip to St. Louis

We went to St. Louis this past weekend. We had a good time but are glad to be home! Stella loves to look out the windows at Solid Rock, the coffee house that my Aunt owns in Eureka, MO. If you are ever in town you must go there and have some wonderful coffee and breakfast!
Stella was sharing Mallory's breakfast, not sure if Mal was really wanting to share but she really did not have a choice.
Stella and Jason at my Aunt's wedding reception. Stella was chowing down on some juice and looking wonderful in her flower.
Mallory and Stella liked to play at the coffee house. There was something amazing under the table that Stella kept finding and giggling at.
Mallory may have to share her breakfast with Stella but there was not way that Stella was going to be sharing with Mallory.

Cayden and Payton's Pool

Cayden and Payton let us come over and swim in their pool. Stella had so much fun, my cousin Mallory was in town and helped out with all of the kids, while looking like a supermodel! Stella loved being in the water. We bought this crab for her to be able to hang out in the water, little did we know we did not need it because we have a little fish on our hands.

Parker was ready to go home, he had the wagon loaded up and he was pulling out.

Pool Time

Stella got a new pool for the backyard and loved it! We had a bunch of friends over to share in the fun yesterday. Stella and Kitrell in the pool. (Stella's swimsuit was a little tight!)

We decided to lose the swimsuit and just have some gold beads, everything in life can be done if you have some gold beads to wear.

Olive Garden

My cousin Mallory is in town for the week and we all went out to dinner on Friday night at Olive Garden. Stella got a little antsy in the restaurant so Gigi took her outside to play with the flowers.
Gigi did not understand, Stella did not want to smell the flowers, she wanted to eat them!
OK, I sent my husband outside to get some photos of Stella and Gigi playing but a guy with ADD mind wonders all over the place and you also end up with these photos. Why he thought we needed some photos of the sign and the building I have no idea why but I still love him with all his weirdness.

Playing with Parker

Parker came over to play with Stella on Tuesday. The kids had a really good time with each other. I love Parker's eyes, he has the longest eye lashes ever.
Juice time, Stella thought that Parker's was better and kept trying to take it from him.
