Birthday Party!

Today was Stella's birthday party. It was a lot of fun, we are blessed with a great family and friends. Thank you to everyone for coming and all the donations for the Benton County Children's Shelter. (OK the pics are all out of order, can not figure out how to fix it) Every Princess should go for a ride in her carriage before the grand event!

Stella and Mrs. Lynn
The cake. (note to self, black icing is not such a great idea!)

The kids having a great time in Stella's room

Aunt Gracie did a great job of putting Dunning to sleep.

I can not believe how big Gabe is getting and Alison (his mother) looks so good.
The ladies, my mother, Martha and Erin.

Lots of fun with the Pinata Lorena made. Thanks sis!

Cake time!

Jason and I helped Stella blow out her candle this year.

After cake we had to change into a new outfit.

12 months at the Dr. office

Friday we took Stella to the Dr. for her 12 month check up. She is now checking in at 29 1/2 inches, 23 pounds and 14 ounces. She is in the 90 percentile and doing great. She now has three teeth on bottom with the top two teeth coming as I sit here and type. She is saying words such at momma, dadda, baby, puppy and her all time favorite word is Buh Bye! Stella is trying to walk but has not mastered that just yet, it is coming soon I fear.

Birthday Part 2

Thursday evening for Stella's birthday we went over to Gigi and Papa's house for Stella to open presents. She was very excited to get her wagon and go for a ride in it. We then got to go to dinner and Stella chose Granite City Grill, a very good choice if I do say to myself. We ended the evening with a little Andy's ice cream. All in all it was a great day. (Her are some photos for the evening, for some reason I can not get them to post in order) At dinner being cute.

This photo is for Jason because he says that I do not have any of Stella and I together.

At dinner looking like a demon!

Checking out her wagon of gifts. She is one very lucky little girl.

Opening some presents, loving the tissue paper.

Happy Birthday Stella!

Happy 1st Birthday Miss Thing! I hope that it is a fabulous day. Mom and Dad love you so much. This year has flown by and I can not wait to see what the next one holds for us.

One So Small

By Wendy Silva

As I cradle you in my arms and watch your every breath, tears run down my cheek.
You are the center of my world, my precious little girl, so innocent and meek.

I am lost in your eyes forever and can sense you know I am here.
I know that you will grow to be a very special person; for this I have no fear.

I know you will grow and develop quickly as if time has no end.
However, I will give you the knowledge of knowing that you will always be my friend.

You are my beloved precious daughter and I want to make all your dreams come true.
For that is what you gave to me, when I was blessed you.
